Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
wavier of prosection
i want to know if i can ask the state for a wavier of prosection.i have just had a mis trial on this same case .i do not wish to go thru and prosecute this case .i have not been subpened for the second trial.will i be allowed to just drop this case

You can always ask, although the final decision is always up to the State Attorney's Office.
