withheld judification
i've had 2 d.u.i's, can i get my record of a class d felony in the state of florida that was judification withheld sealed or expunged?

Not if you were adjudicated guilty on either or both of your DUIs (or any other crime, fo that matter). You didn't say whether your DUIs were in Florida. If they were, you were adjudicated guilty. If they were in another state, I'd still almost be certain you were adjudicated guilty.
