Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

hi i am writing you because i had a detective call me and ask to meet me i knew what it was concerning but he would not talk to me on the phone i asked him about what and he would not tell me ....it was about the night before i went to my old house because me and my b/f are on the breaks so i decided to stay with my friend for now and was moving my stuff ...however i have not moved everything a have a few things over there i went there last night ...i just went in however i have a key and the door was opened i still recive mail there as well and have some property there ....well he got mad because his new girl friend was there he had asked me to come over earlier that afternoon didnt say i time but i came later now i dunno if there tring to charge me with breaking and entering he also told the police he thinks i took his wallet which i did not do ...i was not the only person in the house either .....but anyways i'm very worried the dettective was not being nice to me at all and i asked him was i under arrest he said no not yet ......i dunno what to do can they come get me at my home or what should i do i'm very worried my x b/f has done this type of thing before i kinda still live there it's only been a few weeks ......can i go to jail ?? and i never took anything my x also said he didnt press any charges on me but he might have and just telling me that ....what can happen to me andwhat should i do ?

Yes you can go to jail. It is not up to your boyfriend on whether to press charges. You need to get an attorney right away. Talking to them will not help and can only hurt. If you hire an attorney right away, at least you will be protected from them using any more evidence against you whether it is true or not. You need protection so talk to an attorney today.
