Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
wrongful assualt
my boyfriend punched two holes in a recruiters office because he was sexually harrassing me. He ended up getting charged with, went to jail and is going to court for criminal mischief and assualt on me! I would like to know if I can get charged with the criminal mischeif and go to court etc. in place of him. Like taking the blame for him and having him go free and not be charged at all. Also, how would I drop the assualt without having to go to court?

No you can't take the blame. If you don't want to pursue the charges you need to tell the State Attorney.
