Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Florida

I a 19 year old male living in Florida, I engaged in texting with a 17 year old female living in Indiana that I've known for 6 years which resulted in her sending me a few topless pictures of herself and text conversations of sexual nature. Her legal guardian found these texts/pictures and went to the local police station and pressed charges against me, am I in a legally dangerous situation?

Given her age, probably not, but it may depend on the laws of Indiana, not Florida. I would cease contact until she is 18 at least. You should probably see a lawyer to be on the safe side, but you could wait to see if anything comes of this.
