18 yr old datin a 16 yr old

im wondering if i can get introuble for dating a 16yr old i live in florida and shes from pennslyvania

Dating, no. Having sex, maybe. In FL, a 16 year old may consent to sex with a person under the age of 24 without the person having violated the law. I do not know the law in PA or other states in between.
