Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Florida

hypothetically... if a girl was 15 got pregnant two months before her 16 birthday in may conceived in march by a 24 year old who would soon be 25 in jan of 2010 but the sex was agreed to... he also got her pregnant what could possibly happen to him under florida laws?
