Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Florida

who do I have to rent to?

I own a house that I rent through a rental agency. The agent rented to several 20ish white males who pay cash for all rent and deposits. (tatoos, long hair, lots and lots of gusts comming al all hours of the day and night, you get the picture). The rental agent tells me that if she did not rent to them it would have been descrimination. I however maintain that she did not have to rent to them. Q: do you have to rent to anyone who requests it just because there is no financial history. or does the homeowner/agent have a right to eliminate candidates as long as it is not racial, family, or religion bias? Q: Is there a such thing is legal descrimination.
