Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

Adjudicated Guilty Misdemeanor

I have 4 DWIs in Florida the last one was in 1987 I am 43 years old now I have had A perfect record since then and I want another chance I need to get 2 DWI off my record to get my D.L. back I tried to get them expunged but I was adjudicated guilty and in Florida that is not possible so my only option is to go back to court and have the cases retried but every attorney I talk to wants like $10,000.00 or more and thats just for one DWI I don't have that kind of money so I have decided to try to go about it on my own does anyone have any advice as to how I can go about this any help would be much appreciated

Re: Adjudicated Guilty Misdemeanor

It is impossible for you to go back and try your cases. Florida's Post Conviction Relief requires that any claims be made within two years of the last legal pleading.

Any attorney that tells you otherwise is being misleading.
