Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

I am from Arkansas. While attending college here in 1998 I received two dwi. I completed everthing asked of me and got my ID back. Later I moved to Fort Lauderdale, Fl around 2004. I lived there for about three years while there i got a Florida Drivers ID. Moved back to Arkansas and after being here over a year i got two more DWI charges. Since then i have completed everything this stated required me to do But Florida has my drivers ID suspended. Arkansas informed me that their is nothing left for me to complete with this state. However Florida has me suspended and i have never comitted any violations in the state of florida. Is there something i can do because they are charging me with having four suspension and revoked my license.

After 5 years has passed from your last conviction, you can apply for a hardship license. Arkansas will only allow you to do as much as Florida will allow since it is on a Florida license. So if Florida requires 5 years for hardship license, then you will have to wait until you get the OK from them to apply.
