Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

I was arrested for DUI and deported few days later ( I have a deportation order previously issued)

therefore , I did not show up in court for the DUI and the judge issue a warrant on me.

How I can fix all this situation ?? What I have to do to comply with the law ?

I have a son that is a US citizen and I want to clear this situation to appeal on immigration.

Thank you

You can actually resolve this by hiring an attorney and you can do this by mail and email. It may be slow but that is the best way since you won't be able to return until you fix this. If you never plan on returning, then you could just let it slide as it would be extremely unlikely that they would extradite you on a DUI.
