I was arrested for DUI, I refused a breathalizer test. I was not drunk! I had earlier two beers. Prior to that I comsumed three beers at a Thanksgiving Dinner. I was arrested after I had dropped someone home after the dinner.

You may have a number of defenses depending on the specific facts of your case. The police have to have a legal reason to stop you and procedures have to be followed. If there were any mistakes made, this could be to your advantage. Also, if there is a video or if you did well on your field tests, it may be worth taking the case to trial.
