Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

Please i need to know if carrying an open bottle in a car is illegal and if it is a state law or a nationwide law?

I live in FL.

Also I please ned to know if the DUI 3 strikes law is nationwide or state controlled. Like if you get 3 DUI's is your license gone forever??

I'm hesitant to answer because you really should sit down with an attorney and discuss this with them because there are always exceptions to every situation. I can tell you that every state has their own laws when it comes to open containers and DUIs. Some states a second DUI is a felony. In Florida, only some third and all fourth DUIs are a felony. Some states it's criminal to have an open container, others it's merely a traffic infraction. That is why I suggest you talk to an attorney in person.
