Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

i've been charged with dui in martin county florida, i did not take the breath test and my license was suspended for one year after 10 days from the ticket.is it legal to ride a gas motor asissted pedal bicycle that only starts by peddeling the bike to start it in martin and palm beach counties florida.it is under 50 cc's and only goes 22mph

Absolutely no! I was just in court yesterday where the judge scolded a defendant and told him, ANYTHING that has any kind of motor, engine or battery is illegal to drive on the streets without a license. I guess he made it very clear to all present so don't listen to anyone trying to sell you a moped that you don't need a license, because you do.
