Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

I have completed 3 months of a 3 year probation sentence for felony DUI. How and when can I early terminate my probation? Thank you.

It all depends on the judge and the terms of your probation. Also, all conditons must be completed before you can even ask. "Generally," courts won't even usually consider it before half the probation is complete. There may be extenuating circumstances, but once you reach the halfway point, you should contact an attorney to do an early termination motion. Good luck.
