in florida a 3rd dui can be charged as a felony. that means that you are going to be facing jail time. you'll also be looking at high fines, loss of your license for at least ten years, comunity service hours, and extensive driving schools and victim impact panels. if you do get your license back, you would have a device put inside your vehicle that would require you to blow into it to start the engine. it is very important to find good lawyers to defend you. my firm concentrates solely on dui defense. if you have any more questions do not hesitate to contact me. It will depend on the facts and how long ago your prior 2 DUI charges were prosecuted. If this arrest is within 10 years of any prior DUI, you are likely looking at a Felony prosecution with mandatory jail and 10 year driver license revocation for starters. Hire a criminal defense attorney who specializes in DUI defense.
