Ft Lauderdale FL 1987. I was arrested for DUI in a pleaser craft. Last month I got pulled over for making an improper U turn. A warrant came up of the DUI in 1987. I spent the weekend in jail. I have, since 1987 never been arrested ,no DUIs basically other that a few traffic tickets in the last 21 years I�m an law biding citizen. The state attorney wants to give me the minimum first time offenders criteria of 2008. What were the laws back in 1987? It doesn�t right? Shouldn�t I be subject to the law back in 1987?
