what is the maximum sentencing i could get for a 3rd offense d.u.i., and what's the relative sentencing.

One year in county jail if the last one was within 10 years of this one. Not sure what you mean by "relative". Actual sentence depends on where you are and other variables specific to your case. Generally the courts are giving a lot of jail time.
