i got a dui in key west while living in miami. i currently live in nyc and want to take care of it. i was givin six months to pay fine and do community service. i've currently done neither and the time has expired. i want to get rid of my arrest warrant and woulk like to take care of this issue. please help

You should call the lawyer who represented you in Florida to see what can be worked out. I imagine the court will be happy to take the fine money and perhaps you can get an extension of the time to do the community service and maybe even get permission to do it in NYC.

A Florida lawyer will have no problem in assisting you. You can get an extension of time to do the community service and to pay the fine.
