Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

I have two pending DUIS in Florida (sounds dumb I know I'm trying to fight them both)but I have a court case November 27 in GA for driving with a suspended, I wasn't going to hire an attorney because I figured it might just be some fines, but now I'm getting worried. Can anyone help me know what to expect?

I can't tell you what might happen in GA, but I can tell you what Florida could do. Not only are you facing up to 6 months, followed by 9 months jail (assuming neither was an accident and you didn't blow above a .15, in which case you face up to a year in jail on each), but you are also looking at mandatory minimum time of 10 days. Prosecutors often ask for a LOT more time than that however. Additionally, you face a 5 year license suspension from the two DUIs. Further, if you have a driving while license suspended charge, and are convicted of two DUIs, then you face an additional 5 year license suspension for being habitualized. Needless to say, you need an attorney both in GA and FLA immediately.
