probale cause
getting pulled over and the cop has no radar and estimated you were speeding,is that probale cause enough to pull me over and if not thhe other carges that followed would they still be valid...

He estimated your speed by "pacing". It is a legal way to charge speeding but should be tested in a motion to suppress. What county?
