probation violations
is speeding 90 in 50, and refusing to
submit breath a violation...i am on the
lowest level of probation for 3 months
for wreakless driving.

Sir, if you are currently on probation for wreckless driving then yes, this is a violation of your probation. It sounds like that you not only have a very bad speeding ticket, but that you were also charged with a DUI. I see that you live in key largo.
