The only way to have an arrest or conviction removed from your record is to have it sealed or expunged. A DUI can never be sealed or expunged unless it is pardoned first.
To be honest, I've never heard of a DUI being pardoned, but you should seek the assistance of a criminal lawyer if you wish to try.
