the state
i was arrested on suspition of dui, i went to court and was found not guilty on all charges,but the state is still refusing to return my license. please help me

Did you have a formal review hearing, which is seperate from the criminal trial. If so did you refuse in the underlying case. The failure to elect to have a formal review and the failure to submit to a breath machine will result in loss of your license even if you have won at trial.
