Re: first time dui

By law you have ten days in which to request a formal review with the bureau of licensing. At that hearing you get a chance to argue the lawfulness of the arrest and the license suspension. You can call my offices 24/7 to discuss this matter. I do accept payment plans. All My Best, Joe Vredevelt 305.670.3119..

Re: first time dui

The penalties on a first time DUI are pretty standard across the board unless your case involves an accident, a child in the car, or a breath test over .15

I'd be more than happy to discuss your case with you in further detail. My office handles cases in Polk County, as well as the rest of the Tampa Bay area.

Good luck.

The first step is to request a Formal Review hearing with the dhsmv and attempt to overturn your license suspension. Try to find and hire a attorney in your area as this process coupled with the criminal charge is complicated.
