Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

Underage DUI

i was picking up a group of people that were in a car that had been pulled over and the person was under age drinking and driving. The officer asks me to do a breathelizer test that i failed with a .070 since i am underage it was considered a type of DUI. 10 minutes later 2 other people show up to pick their friends up and the cop did not ask them to give a test. neither did they give my parents a test when they had picked me up later. i gave the cop no probable cause for him to proceed with his actions. I ask the cop why i was being tested, that he didnt even pull me over and he said that i pulled myself over. Question is what can I do about this? Did this cop have a right to give me a breathelizer test?
