Legal Question in Education Law in Florida

does the 6th amendment (specifically the right to face your accuser) apply to cases in colleges. Example:

If someone wrote security stating that an individual was disruptive and harassing students and the result of that was that the accused was kicked off campus, would the accused have the right, under the sixth amendment, to demand to face his accuser and find out why they accused them?
