Legal Question in Elder Law in Florida

Will or Warranty Deed

I am asking this question for my mother in law. My father in law is

recently deceased. The only asset

is her home (no mortgage). What

is the best way to protect her and

assure that upon her death her home goes to her three children?

Re: Will or Warranty Deed

I would suggest that your mother-in-law have an estate planning conference was an attorney who is knowledgeable in both estate planning and elder law. In most situations it makes better sense to form a revocable trust which the be home would be transferred to and upon mother-in-law's death the property would be distributed equally to the three children or sold and the proceeds from the sale be distributed equally to the three children. If you need my assistance e-mail me your phone number and a good time to call you.
