my manager is very abusive and put her hands on me and talks to me like i am her slave how do i get out of my contract

You have an employment contract? You can quit, but read your contract for any liabilities that quitting will trigger. Have an employment attorney read your contract. File a complaint about your manager's unwelcome touching. This is assault and battery.
