Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Florida

Modeling Contract

I signed a modeling contract a little over a year ago. Its for two years. I have 8 months left. In the contract is states that it is solely for ''the State of Florida''. Does that mean I can go to another agency outside of Florida, or is that breaking the contract?

Re: Modeling Contract

Without reading the contract entirely I would be unable to answer the question adequately.

I do offer free document review as part of my initial consultation. If you are interested in allowing me a look at it, please contact me through my profile below.

LAWGURU does not allow me to post my contact information in the body of the response. However, please feel free to email me with any questions.

We would need to read your contract. I practice entertainment law but do not offer free consultations because my experience is what saves you time and money in the long run.
