World Wide Vacation’s convinced me to add upgrades and status to my numerous Vacation’s I have purchased over the last 10 years to the tune of $3K.
I’m having buyer remorse but was told by the sales manager that I agreed to the terms on a “recorded line” which is legal to make me lose in court if I try to cancel..

Buyer's remorse is not a valid reason to rescind a contract. Sounds Ike "over the last 10 years" you agreed to certain "upgrades." This was not a one time event and you have, presumably, used the upgrades that you bought. You are stuck with your purchases.
