Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I currently have a 50/50 agreement with my Ex for our daughter who has recently turned 3. She wants to put her in a early learning center and therefore wants to modify the agreement to 4 weeks 2 weeks instead of the previous 2 weeks 2 weeks. Is she allowed to do this?

In order to modify your parenting agreement your ex would have to file for a modification in court. Without a court order she would be unable to modify the agreement you have in place.

IFshe files for a modification of your current order and you do not respond, she will win by default. I suggest when you receive the Petition for Modification that you file your answer and state your objections.
