Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have 2 children in FL with 2 separate mother and they are now using the same attorney. My question is in paternity cases is this a conflict of interest for them to have the same attorney in these types of cases?

Not a problem in Florida court. Judge always has discretion to prohibit, raise the issue with the Judge.
