Im 15 I will be sixteen in february and i want to live with my mom not my dad (they have been divorced since i was six months old) I know my parents would have to go to court because my mom really wants me but my dad wont let me move there , but isnt it my choice ?

No, sorry. You're old enough that a judge might consider your choice, and hopefully your parents would, too, but the final decision isn't yours.
