i am 16 years old, and recently moved in with my father. Me and him but heads all the time and i wish to move back in with my mother. And she agrees. But he refuses to let me move back. They are seperated , but not divorced. So how would i go about moving back in with my mother? Can he legally keep me there?

Interesting dilemna! If there are no court papers and no one have been given custody by the court - then head over to mom's.

Without court orders deciding timeshare ("custody and visitation"), you must do whatever your parents agree on.
