i have a 15 yr old daughter who is in fla with her mother i am in tenn. my wife and i are still married my daughter wants to come here to stay with me. my wife has threatend me with kidd napping if i send for my daughter. can she do this and can she keep her from comming to be with me?

If you have filed no papers in the courthouse - then your daughter is just as much yours as hers. Come get her.
