Is your daughter going to remain in Florida with you. If so, iN order to go thru Florida you would have to domesticate the order in this state. I suggest for purposes of time saving and expense since there is already a case in AZ that you contact a lawyer there as to how to proceed. It may just be a matter of consent from your ex to modify the custody/child support arrangements.

If your daughter is returning to AZ with her mother, the child support stands. Child support is for the maintenance of a stable life style not just feeding and clothing.
