after 27yrs of marriage my spouse and i are getting a divorce, we have no kids just a house

what are my chances of keeping the home, and half of the 401k between the both of us

The general rule is whatever was acquired during the marriage is marital property, which is basically 50% 50%.

How much equity is in the home? How much is in the 401K?

There is no rule as to how the Court will do the 50% 50% split.
