Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If my mom had sexual relations with another man in the house while I was here, and she is married and so is he, (him also being a cop), what are my legal rights? She has not been working and my step dad has, she spends all his money on dumb stuff, and she has also left a mentally challenged son of hers, and me here with our STEP dad for 20 days. She doesnt come home till 2:30am or sometimes not all. What would happen to him if all this came out? what are our legal rights to the house? She has a tattoo of his name on her back, and he buys her jewlery and she buys him jewlery and other items. We have witnesses to this madness. Thanks for your help

If you (and/or your brother) are a minor and are being abused, neglected or ABANDONED - please call 1-800-96-ABUSE.
