Can I get alimony reduced if my excite is arrested for poss of illegal drugs

Not sure what an excite is. No, you probably will not get it reduced merely because the ex was arrested, there has to have been a substantial change in circumstances such as a drastic reduction in your income which is involuntary and permanent.
