Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

amended motion for reconsideration

Since the final Judgment in my divorce, the Judge made a bad ruling especailly when it came to Full Faith and Credit. I have filed my notice of appeal but l have also filed many motions to the judge who made the bad ruling. I have sent in one motion for reconsideration and then amended that motion for reconsideration. Can l do a 2nd amended to that Motion? I forgot to add a few things that are really important.

Thanking you for your time

Maybe. It is up to the judge whether or not to allow it. You might wish to file a Motion for Leave to Amend and have it set for hearing. The judge will then decide whether or not the amendment will be allowed.
