Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i had a baby with a guy and now he is a convicted felon for robbery and grand theft, he got 3 years probation. he stuck around long enough to sign the birth certificate and then he left, now that i have another man that calls my son his, my sons biological father wants to come back and be a part of his life but i dont want him to because he is a bad person and has already failed probation twice, but snitched on his friends so he didnt go to jail. do i have to let him see my son? what are my options to keep him away? also im about to get married and fiance wants to adopt my son so he is legally his son too, if my son has his biological fathers last name how could i get it where my fiance could adopt him?

He has no rights until he goes to court and establishes them, if you are getting married then you should consider filing for step-parent adoption and terminate the rights of the biological father.
