i had a baby with a married man and he has not paid any child support becuase he has three other mistresses. now he is threatening to get rights to his child, which i am scared of because i don't know what he is capable of doing, he could possibly kidnap her. can he get any rights to her?

Yes, he is entitled to parental rights whether or not you seek or obtain child support from him. If you genuinely believe he will kidnap her then you should file with the court an action to prevent him from doing so. If you do not have the funds to hire an attorney there is usually a self help center in the local courthouse that can assist you with the process. The court is first interested in the best interests and protection of the child.
