There is no chapter. File a petiton for temporary custody , set a hearing and serve the bio mom.

Good Morning.

If you have not been declared the biological father( birth certificate, DNA test, married to mother) then you would need to file a paternity petition to have yourself declared the child's father and as a part of the action you could ask for temporary custody. If that is not the case and paternity has already been established then you can proceed with filing a petition for temporary custody and have the mom served accordingly. I put in both scenarios since you failed to include much detail.

It appears you are trying to proceed on your own, please find the Florida self-help form link for establishing paternity and other relief. You can specifically describe what kind of relief you are seeking as well as there you would find the specific statute information related to your matter. http://www.flcourts.org/gen_public/family/forms_rules/983a.pdf
