i bought my home in florida 2010. In 2016, I married a man in Jamaica. He has never been to the USA and currently does not have Visa to come here. I am trying to refinance my home and the Title company refuses to allow me to refinance my home without putting my husband on the loan or I provide them with divorce papers. Am I not allowed to refinance my home without including my husband?

Depends on the policy of the company you are using.
They told me it's a state law of Florida no matter what company I am with.

Have your husband do a quit claim deed conveying all his interest in and to your property to you. Yes I know he does not own the property but to satisfy the lender it must be proven that the property is completely yours and this is one way of doing it.
