My ex boy friend is trying to pay less on child support and I just got served papers, how do I respond. He hardly pays anything now and I have full custody.

You will need to file an Answer within 20 days of being served. If he is not paying that much now, and you have "full custody", it will be difficult for him to reduce the support amount very much.
Your best bet would be to speak with a family law attorney in your area to discuss your options.
