Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My boyfriend of 7 years has left me and we currently have a mortgage and other loans in our names. I know I need an lawyer but I am not sure as to which one I need. We are not arguing and I really only want one thing. I want my name removed from our mortgage and second mortgage so that i can leave. The only probablem is we can't refinance because our house isnt worth what we paid.
