Search the term, "Pickup order." It's usually the same thing. "Break order" is something of a slang legal term used by police in some areas meaning the police can break the door down to get the child or children. It's also sometimes used as a term for for a search warrant on a house or other structure.

If it's a search warrant, a portion of the warrant must be left with the person whose home or property is searched. If it's a pickup order, there is no requirement that a copy be left, but it's common practice.
