My ex cheated on me we have a child together a 2 year old girl. But he cheated with a married women. The married woman and her husband have an open relationship they have been very open on the things they do with diff partners watching each other they are all over each other including my ex all 3 of them. My ex wants my daughter around them and I do not I don't believe it is a good environment for her to see that, plus I've been theater harassed degraded on fb by these people do I have any ground or right to say my daughter will not be allowed near them.

Unless you can prove that these people are a danger to your daughter or that they are exposing her to sexual things that would effect her emotionally (not just having an open relationship - but having sex in front of her, exposing her to things of a sexual nature), then despite the threats against you, or your disapproval of their relationships, you probably don't have good grounds to stop the Father from taking the child around these people.
