Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

chid visitation

My fiance' packed her stuff and the children's and left in the presence of a cop to avoid confrontations.....We live with my parents and at the time I was at work. She does not want me to contact he consequently I have no way of seeing my children ( 3yrs. and 6 months)I wnt to the day care yesterday to see my son and they refused to let me see him. She works there and I was asked to leave. What are my rights? She lives with her parents and is accusing me of abusing her. She also informed me that a restraining order was issued yesterday against me but I have not been served any papers yet. I want to see my kids.

Re: chid visitation

You need to arrange visitation through third parties -- maybe your parents or her parents, until the retraining order issue is resolved. Do not go to the house she is staying at. The daycare is in a tough position if she gave orders to keep you out because you were not marrried. Are you on the birth certificate? You should file an emergency motion in family court; you should seek representation by an attorney.
